The last time I went through the express car wash a part of my car was blown off and was bent. My car is a 2010 Chevy Exquinox in good condition. The manager said he would get me a replacement part. He was true to his word. It took 2 weeks but he kept me informed during the waiting time. I went over today and he replaced it. I would recommend everyone to try out Sparkle-N-Shine. I am a senior citizen who was not taken advantage of. Great service.
Best car wash I have ever been in, bar none. They do a great job on the exterior and really a mini detail on the interior. If you want extra service they can do it. They have full detail service and I am sure it is done right
I was very disappointed. If I pay you over 100$ to detail my truck, and steam clean my interior, I simply expect it to be done correctly. Nothing more, nothing less. It wasn't as clean as I expected. My truck is in great condition, it's less than a year old. I like to keep it very clean and I'm good condition. After having my truck all day, it looked like they rushed through it in less than an hour. It still had very obvious dirt spots and after steam cleaning the interior the truck smelled like something was spoiled ( I think the steam machine was obviously dirty) if it would have been up to me I would have gotten my money back. Yes! It was that bad! I have had other cars done and the quality I received at other shops far exceeded sparkle and shine. As far as doing a regular wash they do a decent job, but anything else I would suggest you use some else.

This is the best car wash in the Daytona Beach area I drive from Port Orange almost 30 minutes just to come to Ormond to get my car washed here and that is every day I can literally get my car washed every day I love this place the people do such a great job out front and work so hard definitely throw them a tip. Also the managers are very friendly even though one drives a Dodge and I'm a Ford guy but the other to drive matching Ford's which is very cute but that's okay there are driving Fords only the best driving machines on the road first on race day
