Monica the owner/manager scheduled an appointment with me to discuss flowers for our wedding. When we got to the store it was locked, I called her and told her we were there for our appointment. She replied "Oh I forgot about you, would you like to reschedule?" AS IF!!!!!! If she can't remember appointments with potential clients I wouldn't put it past her to mess up your flower order either! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
These flowers make me happy. I am not a big rose person or flowers in general. However bouquets with eucalyptus, fresh herbs, and greenery in general make me happy. She males just the right balance and the baskets are upcycled. These flowers are elegant. Mothers day, birthdays, and even for my grandmothers funeral. . there is only one place my family gets flowers. Monica thank you for being an amazing artist at flower sculptures!!!
When I called this florist long-distance from California, it was already past 3 p.m. local time in Florida. Monique (the owner, I think) was on her way home, but turned around and went back to her shop to take my late order for a delivery TODAY for a dear friend's 90th birthday!! I felt badly about the late hour, but Monique was most kind & incredibly accommodating. Thank you Monique for such EXCELLENT customer service. I will be using your shop again for flower gifts to my friend!!!
