They were not willing to service older Specialized bikes. I was told anything Fox makes over 5 years old is not serviceable. That is why I put 3 stars. Just seems arbitrary to me.
For finding parts for my older Specialized bikes, they have been useful.
Great shop with something for everyone at all levels. Get your bike serviced here, the guys in the shop have always done a great job for me.
Today Valentines Day..2017 took my bike in and asked if they could adjust the back breaks and do a tune up

I highly recommend them for bike purchase, maintenance, upgrades, etc. I recently upgraded my pedals to Speedplay. Jack worked through my questions and recommended a pedal and clip that suits my style of riding and works really well. No complaints at all and look forward to working with the Bike Shop in the future!
the answer was: there was an adjustment screw missing...I asked him if he would be able to find one and he said he did not know...said "I dont have a drawer full of parts"... so I asked if he could put a new part on...he said he would have to look.....and he seemed I was bothering him...told me I could go find a screw at a hardware store.... I walked out ....this is terrible service and I do not recommend this bike shop.....I find it interesting because he fixed my wife's bike no problelm...guess being male was not as impressive!
Love this bike shop and all the staff. Was visiting from California and found them helpful and friendly. Rented a bike for a great price and rode with the local group all week and had so much fun. The store is stocked very well with high end great quality bicycle equipment. Like them so much I became Facebook friends with the owner. Top quality, the very best, trust me.
