Every person at the Public in Ormond By The Sea will always speak and give any help you need. They are like family.....you see them every day and always friendly.
I took a vacation this past weekend to Ormond Beach. I must say that one of the cashiers at this Publix was probably the most friendliest cashier I ever met. Her name is Allie. I wish we had more cashier in my area that are as sweet as Allie.
As a senior citizen with a 100% VA disability, I have done more business with pharmacies around the world than most people. By comparison with the many pharmacies I have used over the years, the Publix Pharmacy in the Ormond Beach Mall sets the high bar for quality service and customer relations. All of the people in this pharmacy have impressed me with their professionalism but Dana and Debbie, especially, are just outstanding models of people with excellent job knowledge, efficiency, judgement--and most of all--people skills!
This Publix is immaculate!! The staff is friendly and they have great food at okay prices. You get what you pay for.
Beautiful inside. Great remodel from a few years ago when closed because of storm damage. They even have a Px liquor store, Bealls outlet, dollar tree, nail spa,barber shop and pizza place. Publix supermarket looks big and very friendly. Good variety of product choices.
I recently witnessed an incident when an elderly female customer had a loud, screaming fit over something she didn't like. Dana took the abuse calmly and resolved the issue in a cool and effective manner. I think she deserves combat pay if this is a normal part of her duties.
