Dr Amber Carter and her staff showed a high level of expertise, mixed with sincere compassion, as they walked us through the process of having our Sadie euthanized. This was a sad time, but we left knowing we could not have chosen a better place to say our final goodbye to our little companion. Yesterday, we received a sympathy card from Dr. Carter, with a hand-written heartfelt message that brings us comfort.
Knowing that our cat of 17 yrs, Sadie, was having a very rough time on Sunday, we placed a call to Cat Care Clinic early Monday morning. We were given a 3:00 pm appointment. After hanging up, we realized that we should have let them know how much our Sadie had been suffering throughout the night and beyond, so we did so. Our plea for help was understood and met with kindness. We were told to come in as soon as we were ready. When we arrived, we were taken to one of the treatment rooms immediately. Our hearts were heavy, as we knew we would, most likely, have to face that awful time when we must show our love for our Sadie by making the choice to not let her suffer any longer.

The ignorance and greed of this veterinary staff resulted in the death of my childhood cat. I couldn't be more angry and disappointed with this place. They only want and care about your money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Helped my kitten with a cold and we'll taken care of, cost me 85 for medicine and flea drops.
