Day Truck Rental is not 24 hours it's till the end of the day. And they neglect to mention that during the Rental process.

This store always has what we're looking for. The quality of some of their stuff is not always good but the customer service is very good. We have not had a problem with returns or exchanges here. We've bought a new stove, dryer, refrigerator and tractor over the past 5 years and have been happy with our purchases. They offer delivery and installation in a very reasonable time frame. Mostly a positive experience at this store. Our biggest complaint is product quality. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS.
I just want you to know that Mitch was very helpful because I had to change out 11 tiles and then Cory assistaed me in loading the tiles in my car. Please recognize these 2 individuals. God Bless them both
This store is a disgrace to Lowes! If I had never dealt with Lowes before, I never would with my experience with this store. No one answers ANY of the phones - operator OR departments. It was a number of days before I could reach anyone by phone and then there was no one to provide assistance. When delivery FINALLY occurred, items were missing and AGAIN phone call after phone call was not answered. When a person was finally reached, AGAIN the correct person to speak with was unavailable. Lower needs to "clean house" in this store!
Went to get picture glass cut, and the man "helping" us was very rude and standoffish. Acted like my very presence was a bother. And had a very angry tone with us. I asked for the glass cut in 200mmx200mm He did-int know what that was, So I converted it to inches for him. Said that doesn't help him either. He then proceeded to grumble and look threw boxes, In the end I just walked off. You have to wonder how intelligent someone is if they don't know what metric units or imperial units are.
Tamara in customer service and Brian in tools were super helpful. I called over the phone from out of state to order my dad a tool that was not available online, to have him pick it up in the store. They went over and above to make this happen. Thank you both, you made the most important man in life happy, (my father), for Fathers Day. You were both amazing, best regards, Diana Winters
